Return & Refund policy
Purchased products from avalontextile.am may be returned within 14 days after the purchase in accordance with the RA Law on Consumer Rights Protection.
All our products pass a detailed quality inspection before shipment. Please check your order upon reception and contact us immediately if you receive a wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Please read our return policy carefully to be informed about the terms and conditions.
The buyer has the right to return the purchased goods if:
• The item is in its original condition: unused, unwashed, undamaged, with all original tags and labels still attached, and packed in its original packaging.
• The purchased product has a defect despite being unused.
• The received product does not correspond to the description on the website.
Goods cannot be returned or exchanged if:
• The item has been cut from a roll, tailored, or modified to fit your specific dimensions upon order.
• The product belongs to a category of goods where inspection may lead to a violation of hygiene standards.
• The product is not subject to return or exchange in accordance with the RA Law on Consumer Rights Protection.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
