Product Information
We strive to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date product descriptions, including images, materials, and dimensions. However, due to differences in display screens and lighting, colors may appear slightly different in person. We reserve the right to correct any errors in pricing, descriptions, or availability without notice.
Orders and Payments
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or errors in pricing.
Payment must be made at the time of purchase using our secure checkout, or you may choose the Cash on Delivery (COD) option if available in your region. We accept major credit/debit cards and other approved payment methods. All prices are listed in AMD (Armenian Dram) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Delivery
We offer delivery within Armenia and international postal delivery. At checkout, you will be able to see the delivery price for Yerevan. For other regions within Armenia and international delivery, the delivery price is calculated separately, and you will be notified of the final cost via phone or email.
Please note that delivery times and prices may vary depending on the delivery address and shipping method chosen. We are not responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

Returns and Refunds
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery if the item is in its original condition: unused, unwashed, undamaged, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging. Returns will be processed once the product is received and inspected.
We will offer a full refund or exchange in the case of:
- Manufacturing defects
- The wrong item being shipped
- Items not matching the product description
Please note that, in accordance with the RA Law on Consumer Rights Protection, most categories of our products are not subject to return.
